  • Oven Roasted Salmon
  • 4 ea 6oz Salmon Portions
  • ½ cup Hope Blooms Maple Sage Balsamic Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a resalable bag and add the dressing. Try to remove all the air from the bag and seal. Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours, allowing the salmon to marinate.
  2. Preheat oven to 400*F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly season salmon with sea salt and pepper and place flesh side down on the parchment. Roast salmon for 15-20 minutes or until skin starts to lift away from the flesh.
