  • Roasted Baby Potatoes
  • 1 lb Red Skinned Baby Potatoes
  • ¼ cup Hope Blooms Orange Rosemary Dijon Dressing
  • ¼ tsp ea Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 400*F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half and place in a mixing bowl. Toss with dressing and season with salt and pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
