- 4-5 lb bone in ham (or back forest if you prefer)
- ½ cup Hope Blooms Orange Rosemary Dijon Dressing
- ½ cup Orange juice
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Ground Mustard
- ¼ tsp Fresh Pepper
- Place the ham in the slow cooker, and set to low.
- Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour over the ham. Cook for 6-8 hours and enjoy.
Serves 8 people
Chefs note: This recipe also works great with pork tenderloin or pork chops, just reduce the cooking time to 4 hours!
