Toss Ingredients together and let marinade, can be done night before or 20 minutes prior
Pre heat oven to 425°F Note. Can be done on grill.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in a bowl of water for about 15 minutes. Place Chicken and shrimp on skewers.
Let cook for 20 minutes

Salt and Pepper
Grate Cucumber, squeeze and zest lemon, mince garlic, rip or chop herbs.
Add all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and set to the side.
Olive and Feta Smashed Potatoes
1⁄2cupKalamata Olives, pitted and chopped
Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper, to taste
Wash and cut the potatoes into approximately 2” pieces. Place the potatoes and garlic cloves into a large pot and cover with water. Season the water with salt and bring the potatoes to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Drain the potatoes and return to pot. Mash with a potato masher, or large fork. Stir in the olives, feta, and olive oil. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
Plate Chicken and Shrimp Kebab with Olive and Feta Smashed Potatoes. Drizzle Tzatziki on top, adding fresh garden herbs for garnish.
